You send us your documents and provide the target language, preferred deadline, and any formatting requirements.

Review and confirm your order

We review your documents, confirm the price and turnaround time, issue the invoice, receive full payment in advance, and send your order confirmation by email.

Translate your documents

Your documents are translated by a professional translator with careful attention to terminology, formatting, and industry standards.

Certify your translation

After our quality review, we certify your translation with our official company seal.

Create a PDF copy

We create a high-quality PDF scan of your certified translation for convenient electronic use.

You receive the final PDF by email together with your order details and any necessary instructions.

Collect your documents

If you need paper copies, you can collect your original documents and certified translation from our office.

Payment / Documents

📩 After reviewing the documents, we send the invoice by email.

💳 Work begins once full payment has been received.

🧾 Receipts are issued for both individuals and legal entities.

Deadlines / Urgent Translation

📅 Most translations are completed on the same business day.

⏱ During business hours, the usual turnaround is 1-2 hours.

📦 For large or complex projects, completion may take until the next business day.

🕘 Orders submitted outside office hours are completed the following working day.

⚡ Express translation service is available. The deadline depends on the volume and language.

Quality / Confidentiality

✅ Every translation is checked twice by our lead translator.

🔒 We ensure confidentiality of your materials at every stage.

♻ If the paper copy is not collected within the storage period, it will be securely destroyed.

Legal Use / Notary

🏛 Translations are suitable for embassies, consulates, and government agencies.

📷 Clear photos or scans of the documents may be submitted for an initial review.

📍 If notarization is needed, a notary office is available near our office.

📌 Notarization is usually required only for documents intended for use in Mongolia or when an Apostille is requested. In most other cases, an additional notary certification is not necessary.
